Overall: The house was as I expected and I received sufficient help when moving in.
Pros: Close to SDSU and Pacific Beach. Easy parking. Quite neighbors.

Pros: I had a nice stay! Easy move-in and out and good communication with Roomchazer.
Cons: Several problems with the fourth person in the house. Could have been a better match.

Overall: Not going to lie; I thought it was a scam signing up. For it wasn't! It's accredited and saved me from moving out here for my summer internship in Sorrento Valley. The booking experience was terrific, very smooth, straight forward. Little to no complaints.
Pros: I loved its location, perfect to get pretty much anywhere and back in San Diego.
Cons: Ants! We've delt with ant's since day one.

Pros: I loved living here. It was very peaceful here.
Cons: The laundry machine broke down today. I lost 3 dollars, and I was very upset. Nothing else was a problem, everything was great.

Overall: My roomchazer experience was over well pretty good. Rachel did a pretty good job and was pretty accessible whenever I had questions or needed help. The prices were very affordable as a college student.
Pros: I liked the living room situation with a TV. I also enjoyed our kitchen. The rooms are spacious.
Cons: There were some issues with mold and plumbing. As well as an issue with bugs.

Pros: The neighbourhood was nice and safe. It was a spacious accommodation and was well maintained. House advisor was always available to guide.
Cons: The website can be made better. It looks unreal at first, but overall, a safe and secure accommodation.
