Overall: It is a very nice apartment, which is equipped with everything you need. However, in case something is missing you can always contact SDSH. The furniture and kitchen utilities are all still new and clean. There is even a dishwasher available. The apartment complex is located in a save area in close proximity to the beach, grocery stores, bars and restaurant. There is also a swimming pool available. Overall, it is a really nice place and SDSH was always very helpful and supportive. My roommates were really great and they made staying at home during the corona situation much more fun.
Pros: As I listed above it was a really nice stay. I enjoyed it and I was very glad about the opportunity to live in one of your apartments. Also the girls I lived with where really nice, friendly and active people. We became friends and spent a lot of time together.
Cons: The images and the amenities on the website could be updated. I think this might be interesting for other people. We did not have a cleaning service in March and April, which is understandable in the current covid-19 situation, however, I think the March cleaning has not been mentioned in the E-Mail explaining that we would have two cleanings in May. Maybe it would be nice to have coatrack close to the door and some hangers for wetsuits. We did not have problems with that but if more people move in that actually go surfing a lot, this might become a problem. But overall these are only minor things I realized while living here.

Overall: SDSH helped me really well with booking the place and make the process of booking and moving-in go well. The apartment is new and clean and has everything you need. Since we were the first ones moving in here, some small utilities were missing but upon contacting SDSH they provided us with this quickly! Upon request, they provided me with essentials like a pillow and sheets for the bed before my arrival. The apartment has a great location, super close to the bay and beach and grocery stores. Also, you have a great view from the living room over PB Drive and the ocean in the distance. I would for sure recommend renting with SDSH and staying in this apartment!!
Pros: I loved that the apartment is relatively new, has no carpet in the living room, and the location is great!! The pool should also be nice but because of Covid it was closed for almost my whole stay here.
Cons: It might be good to announce the cleaning day / cleaning and decluttering for a new roommate a bit earlier than 1 day in advance.

Overall: It was perfect with RoomChazer! The support was perfect from the beginning and the apartment was new, clean and had the perfect location 5 minutes away from the bay and 15 min from the beach by feet! I was able to extend spontaneously as long as it wasn’t already booked. Thank you for the time!
Pros: It was close to everything and the area was mostly quit and safe!
Cons: The cleaning could be definitely better! Beside that it wasn’t about the apartment itself more about the situation that we were not allowed to use the outdoor seating all the time.

Overall: RoomChazer has been an amazing company to rent through. I lived in 3 different places over a year (Pacific Beach Dr is by far my favorite) and Chris made all moves effortless and timely. The team is always willing to work with you on location, roommates, and much more. Pacific Beach Dr is the most interesting place I’ve lived. You are in the middle of this little beach city while still having a neighborhood vibe. Just be prepared for crazy weekend parking!
Pros: Clean, quiet, my room had amazing sunlight although it did make the summer months quite hot.
Cons: More communication since I’m home visits are not available for COVID.

Overall: Chris helped me a lot at the beginning finding the right place and the right roommates, she was there every time I needed. The move in was smooth and simple, the welcome warm and friendly. The place was as described and the roommates rapidly became friends. The location was the best, 3min by walk from the bay, 15min from the beach, dreamed location.
Pros: The location! Absolutely perfect! The swimming pool was a real + even if I used it only twice
Cons: Very difficult improvement but the walls… they are so thin you can hear everything from your two roommates whispering in the living room to your neighbours walking in their room at 6AM. Noise cancellation EarPods were mandatory, every night for 6 months…

Overall: Chris was very helpful, she helped moving in, answered all me questions quickly when I lived in PB and helped moving out. The location is amazing, close to everything you'd want to be close to! The apartment it self is great too; spacious, light and the most comfortable couch ever! I would definitely recommend this place

Overall: RoomChazer was always very helpful. There occurred several issues during my stay such as problems with the dishwasher etc. However, all the problems were taken seriously and it was acted immediately by RoomChazer. The neighborhood ist nice and safe.
Pros: Price, location
Cons: Interior was partly very damaged. Mattresses should be replaced, they are very hold and get very bad back pain. Dishwasher does not work.

Overall: The location of the apartment is outstanding. Also, the living room is very nice. Unfortunately, we had some issues with clogged pipes. However, RoomChazer has always been available and has taken care of fixing the issue.
Pros: The location and that Chris was always available and helpful.
Cons: - We could not use the dish washer since the beginning of October. It still does not work. So actually, we were paying for something that we could not use. - The mattresses are way outdated, overused and uncomfortable - It took almost four weeks to fix the clogged pipes and the resulting disgusting smell. For the price we paid, this is not the service that we have expected.

Overall: My room manager was a great help with all sorts of questions. The apartment is in a good neighborhood. It is a 5 min foot walk to Mission Bay and a 15 - 20 min foot walk to Pacific Beach. However, the apartment is sparsely furnished and the dishwasher is not working. Also, it is very cold in the apartment during the winter months as there is no heater.

Overall: I think RoomChazer is a perfect choice for students. The cooperation was pretty straightforward and my Housing Advisor was very helpful.
Pros: Location of the place was very good.
Cons: I think there is still an area to improve in communication. Chris is very helpful and always answered all of the messages but we had a situation when heating was not working and one of the roommates bought a heater that I had no idea about and never used it but apparently it was for common use and of course such a device uses a lot of electricity that would be included in the bill for everyone. So the conclusion is that such things should be communicated by the Housing Advisor as you cannot always count on roommates to communicate with each other. I guess it also depends on how they were matched.

Overall: RoomChazer is very helpful for students coming from abroad. Moving-in was easy. During my stay several issues occurred such as problems with plumbing etc. However, all the problems were taken seriously and it was acted immediately by RoomChazer. Also, Chris always checked in to see if the problems have been solved or if we needed further assistance. The location of the apartment is great, just a few minutes walk from the bay. The neighborhood is nice and I felt very safe. I can recommend staying here.
Pros: Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect and I really liked the apartment as well as most of my roommates. There is almost everything you need here in the apartment and that was perfect for me, as I could not afford buying my own furniture for a semester abroad. My room was spacious for a shared room and I enjoyed that as well.
Cons: In my case the roommate-matching was not ideal. I had a great time with Sonia and Cindy, but Moritz is the very opposite of me and we had several issues during our stay. I cannot understand why he was chosen for this place along with three girls who were a lot older than him. We just had very different interests and cleaning standards. Overall, I got along with him just fine but I think with a different roommate it would have been better a better experience. Some appliances need replacing, such as the microwave as there is rust in the back, we already told that to Carol while she did the inspection after Sonia moved out.

Overall: Booking with RoomChazer is great for international students because the process is so easy! The apartment is in a prime location and the neighborhood is very beautiful and safe. The living room and kitchen are very spacious with a nice view outside and I felt very comfortable in the apartment (just don't expect european quality). There were some issues in the beginning like a broken dishwasher and broken heater but Chris took care of it immediately! You just gotta let her know! Maintenance is usually really quick with fixing it.
Pros: Overall, I was really happy with my stay here. The location is awesome! I liked the living room and kitchen furniture, especially the big couch which made the apartment feel very comfortable. The communication with RoomChazer went very well and Chris (as well as Rachel) always took immediate care of stuff that needed fixing. The cleaning ladies always did a great job!
Cons: The move-in felt kind of unwelcoming because the apartment and my room were very dirty and there was no inspection made beforehand -> a lot of stuff was broken by the previous tenants (dishwasher, heating, vacuum cleaner, and more!). They also left a lot of unnecessary stuff behind which we had to throw away. There was mold in the bathroom which we had to clean ourselves. Furthermore, the roommate matching was not ideal. It was great for us girls (Sonia, Anna Lena, and I) because we were similar in age (27+) and shared the same lifestyle values. However, putting a 21-year-old boy who wants to party 24/7 and smoke weed all the time with 3 'older' and mature girls together is a combination that will never work out. Lastly, the bed in my room should definitely be replaced because the mattress is VERY old and uncomfortable (the springs in the mattress basically stick into your back). I was lucky enough to have a mattress topper with me but for the next person moving in, I would recommend getting a new bed.

Overall: Booking with Roomchazer is super easy and works really well! The apartment is perfectly located - 5 min walk to the Bay and 15 - 20 min walk to Pacific Beach. I really enjoyed my stay at this location and the drive by car to SDSU is approx 18-20 min.
Pros: The location is amazing and the facilities at the complex are good.
Cons: Would have been nice to arrive to a clean room. The room had not been cleaned since the guy in the room before me left. Neither any key in the key locker.

Overall: I totally enjoyed my stay with Roomchazer. The apartment was super nice and in a great location. Whenever we needed something like kitchen utensils, Roomchazer provided them for us. Moving in and out was easy. The price for this apartment is also very reasonable compared to the usual San Diego prices. Would totally recommend staying here.
Pros: I really appreciate your help about missing utensils or when something was broken. I also liked your flexibility and the personal contact to you. I like that we are allowed to have guests stay for a couple of days and I like that the apartment is cleaned once a month.
Cons: You could provide actual images of the rooms on your website. In my case the roommate matching was perfect but for others it was not too good and the ages and personal preferences were just not aligned

Overall: The location of apartment is perfect, its close to the bay, the beach and to Pb downtown so it is all walkable, easily. Thats so much worth. A nice Woman cleand the apartment every month. The kitchen has all you need. Nothing missing. There were some issues and Roomchazer’s was always there, and tried to help ans to guarantee an nice stay. I’d definitely come back thanks !

Overall: Pacific Beach Dr. was a great place to stay during the summer, I loved it! I would say the only con was the parking situation during busy times (4th of July and weekends). The host also didn't have a sense of urgency in times where things needed to be fixed, but other than that Rachel was great!
Pros: The location, roommates, and the place itself was really nice and well kept.
Cons: The sense of urgency when things need to be fixed. Our shower needed to be fixed urgently and it was hard to get ahold of our host about the situation.
