Overall: They made the move in process super easy, and Chris was super helpful when anything came up. Location was fine, a little bit far from grocery stores and the beach but it's relatively quiet at night. Pictures are what is to be expected here.
Pros: It's relatively spacious downstairs and our parking spot is very convenient
Cons: Somehow get either a desk or extra storage for the two shotgun style rooms

Overall: My host Chris was extremely helpful and understanding as to why we were moving out. Our move-in was smooth and inviting. We were greeted with our envelopes with keys and felt secure in the house. Overall, my experience with roomchazer has been a good one.
Pros: how close it was to all amenities.
Cons: Chris is a very good host, I would be lying if there was something to tell her to improve on.

Overall: Yes! However, during my stay, I had two housing advisors. The first made things very difficult and frustrating. Luckily, Chris became the new advisor, and he made up for the bad experience I had with the first half of my lease.

Cons: My stay was extremely difficult because the roommates and I were completely incompatible. I am 31, but I stayed with 18/19-year-old girls who were constantly drinking, hosting parties, and smoking. This lifestyle did not match mine at all. I work remotely, and it became impossible to work from home, so for the past two months I had to work from the library until late just to avoid the noise. The apartment was also very dirty. At one point I even found worms in the sink. We contacted Сris several times, but the issue was never really resolved. We received two general warning messages in the group chat, and it seems the roommates were charged, but nothing actually changed. There was no effective solution. Overall, I was very disappointed and cannot recommend this experience. I literally counted the weeks until I could leave. From now on, I will only rent a place on my own without roommates.

Overall: Overall, I think it makes it more accessible but for me, It felt like there were a lot of issues with maintenance and difference in expectations.

Cons: Room Chazer could have been better with fixing issues such as the stove, the laundry machine, they could have been better at placing roommates in the house that would be a better fit.

Overall: I think my experience with RoomChazer was good! I was able to find a place on relatively short notice for my internship which was a much needed help.

Cons: The kitchen is unfortunately filthy more often than not.

Overall: I had a very good experience with Roomchazer. They made it much easier for me to find an apartment that met my needs, and they were responsive to my suggestions for improvement.
Pros: The location is great. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It's also very close to the bus stop. Its central location makes it easy to get anywhere.
Cons: The house could be much cleaner. When I first moved in, the floor was sticky. The refrigerator doesn't close properly either. The bed is also a bit uncomfortable.

Overall: It was my 2nd stay with RoomChazer, and it was a pleasant experience. Cleanliness of the apartment could have been better. There were some minor issues in my early days, but housing advisor Chris is readily available and sorted them out on priority.
