Overall: They made the move in process super easy, and Chris was super helpful when anything came up. Location was fine, a little bit far from grocery stores and the beach but it's relatively quiet at night. Pictures are what is to be expected here.
Pros: It's relatively spacious downstairs and our parking spot is very convenient
Cons: Somehow get either a desk or extra storage for the two shotgun style rooms

Overall: My host Chris was extremely helpful and understanding as to why we were moving out. Our move-in was smooth and inviting. We were greeted with our envelopes with keys and felt secure in the house. Overall, my experience with roomchazer has been a good one.
Pros: how close it was to all amenities.
Cons: Chris is a very good host, I would be lying if there was something to tell her to improve on.

Overall: Yes! However, during my stay, I had two housing advisors. The first made things very difficult and frustrating. Luckily, Chris became the new advisor, and he made up for the bad experience I had with the first half of my lease.
Pros: I loved how central the unit is to everything in San Diego!
Cons: The timeliness of maintenance requests.

Overall: maybe for some people its a good option

Cons: My stay was extremely difficult because the roommates and I were completely incompatible. I am 31, but I stayed with 18/19-year-old girls who were constantly drinking, hosting parties, and smoking. This lifestyle did not match mine at all. I work remotely, and it became impossible to work from home, so for the past two months I had to work from the library until late just to avoid the noise. The apartment was also very dirty. At one point I even found worms in the sink. We contacted Сris several times, but the issue was never really resolved. We received two general warning messages in the group chat, and it seems the roommates were charged, but nothing actually changed. There was no effective solution. Overall, I was very disappointed and cannot recommend this experience. I literally counted the weeks until I could leave. From now on, I will only rent a place on my own without roommates.
