Pros: I really liked the amenities and my room. It is a very nice place. I also liked the fact that the room was cleaned once a month.

Overall: RoomChazer made the process simple and easy. They were willing to work with me --transparency worked favorably on both ends. The property is beautiful and you won't regret it.
Pros: I really love the room and garage- the whole setup is perfection. Wish I could keep the whole apartment :)
Cons: When tenants have lived in residence for about 2 years- their concerns should hold more precedence especially if there were no issues in the past.

Overall: RoomChazer was helpful all along and the process of booking was super easy and self explanatory! Roomchazer offered me support with arranging picking up from the airport. And the moving-in was totally stress-free. The apartment and the area exceeded my expectations by far! I really enjoyed staying in Del Rio Apartments! The pool area, gym, and the whole complex give you a feeling of staying in a hotel!

Overall: Overall, I have been very satisfied with the accommodation. Both the communication and the contractual agreement was very simple and straightforward. The move-in also went smoothly, as a key was already deposited and my roommates were very helpful. However, we had to move to a hotel in the meantime because our washing machine was broken and mold had formed. When electrical appliances were broken or things were missing, they were taken care of quickly. The accommodations were as expected, there is a large pool area, Gym and Study room. The neighborhood is very quiet and belongs rather to the upper class. The trolley station is also a short walk away, though my roommate and I still opted to rent a car as we could be more flexible on the road.
Pros: I really liked that there was a pool, gym and the study room. The whole facility was always very clean and the staff very friendly.

Overall: Overall good but provide better/real pictures of the homes. In addition, too many construction works (loud, early, no parking available), mold, cleaning came not regularly.

Overall: I do not think this stay could have been any better. I have lived here for 2 years and I would strongly recommend staying here if you are a graduate student. The staff is friendly, the property is well maintained, and the area unbeatable. Chris really made everything very easy and enjoyable. I will strongly recommend future students and interns to stay with any propertied that Chris has to offer. especially Del Rio
Pros: Everything was great. If I could stay here longer I would do so in a heartbeat.
Cons: nothing really, everything was smooth and easy.

Overall: Roomchazer was the best thing that happened to me! I am really happy that I took that decision. About the place it’s amazing. The only thing that I am complaining about is that I got towed infront of my apartment just because I left the car for 6 hours overnight.

Pros: Big! Beautiful! Plentiful amenities! Accessible location!
Cons: Had to put in a few roach traps for y'all to keep them from biting, they're still there in the kitchen after I've moved out so you should be ok! I cleaned off extra smelly mold, one in kitchen and one in bathroom, for you guys! (So insulation/integrity not perfect, but free plumbing and good AC are great!)
