This is a nice little 3bedroom/2bath apartment with washer and dryer inside the unit!! It's super centrally located and affordable! Perfect for USD students, Mesa College students, City College students and any students who needs affordable housing. The trolley is down the street and takes you Downtown in 15 minutes.
