Overall: The place is exactly as expected. Good location.
Pros: Good location
Cons: I think the host could check how they live every 15 days separately, and check for example if the roommate is following the rules of the house and how often (washing his dishes and taking his hair out of the) This is important for good group living together. And the host needs to explain the rules the payments for deposit, and how the deposit is refunded before the student arrive. For me some details were not reportes.

Overall: I totally love this place. My roommates were all absolutely amazing and felt here entire time almost like at home.
Pros: Location is great. Just a few minutes by walk from the beach was really amazing for me.
Cons: Maybe consider the change of the windows, because sometimes it was quite cold at night.

Overall: apparently, my account has a bug in it, so it was difficult to pay my rent on time starting with my summer lease. even this form says I moved out May 31st when I had an extended lease until August 15th.
Pros: I liked how close it was to the beach.
Cons: Maybe not call it Student Housing when it is 100% an Airbnb type of platform.

Both apartments I lived in were clean and in amazing locations! The furniture was great to have and in working order. Overall: Roomchazer was very helpful with moving in and moving out! Chris was very responsive and when we needed something fixed they were right on it! Great location a few blocks from the beach and the bars, like it says. Sad to go.
Pros: I loved the location of this spot and my room was perfect. It was such an amazing cozy place to come back to all summer. I'm very sad to be leaving.
Cons: Honestly, Chris was very responsive and a great communicator which is all you look for in a landlord. I think she's doing a great job.

Pros: Style, proximity to the beach, and neighborhood.
Cons: I'd fix some things before the next guests arrive, the toilet paper holder has been broken for about a year, a few fire alarms are broken, one of the chair legs is broken, and one of the kitchen drawers is broken as well.

Overall: RoomChazer made my first experience with signing a lease and paying rent so easy and convenient. Chris was always really helpful and quick to reply when I had any issues with the apartment as well.
Pros: The location, convenience, and price were some of the best parts of this place
Cons: I am use to losing quality of a home when you live close to the beach so I understand, but there were many things broken when I first moved. This could also be because I moved in much later than my roommates though.

Overall: Location was ideal with walking distance to the beach and didn’t have any major issues during my stay. The place is older and has no ac but it wasn’t unbearable hot during the summer that it wasn't a major issue.

Overall: Great place location wise right by the beach and main avenues, decent website made payments easy and trackable, but don't stay here unless you want health complications from mold because they were negligent and the whole time there was a type of black mold on the bathroom walls despite mentioning it to their employees multiple times.

Overall: The flat is really close to the beach! Perfect if you like surfing!

Cons: - have some kind of introductions/ tip page where people can read about how the post works/ the laundry room. We didn't know how neither work or that there is even a laundry until 1 month ago - make sure people can move in smoothly: when I arrived my key was inside the apartment which is not very handy when I'm outside and none of the roommates are home - hire a different cleaning service. they cleaning personal was super friendly but they didn't really clean properly so we had to clean again after they left.

Cons: Not exactly you but there is that one neighbour who I believe rents cars. We counted all the cars he has, there are always 8-9 cars on the street parking lots... Sometimes really hard to find parking . 6 non public parking lots for 8 apartments at Dawes Street is not sufficient as well.

Overall: I have been satisfied with roomchazer throughout the time I have been renting my room. They made the move-in process easy and they take roomate matching seriously which I really appreciate, as I had the best roomates I could have asked for. The apartment was as expected and has everything you need. The location of the apartment is amazing, so close to the beach, cafes and grocery stores right in the middle of PB.
Pros: Location and roomates were 10/10. Nice staff at roomchazer, good rent prices considering how great the location is.
Cons: You can improve answering text messages from renters. Both replying at all and replying faster. Other than that I am completely satisfied

Overall: RoomChazer made the whole process very easy, especially coming from abroad, as it was so difficult to find any housing. The room matching was also done very well and I loved all of my roommates. Pacific Beach is definitely the area live in if you enjoy the beach, surfing, and socialising. It is a very laid back neighbourhood and it really made my time in San Diego the best!
Pros: I loved the location of the apartment as it is so close to the beach and the nightlife of PB. It really is an ideal location and my room was great!
Cons: The extractor fan was never fixed in the bathroom and there was some mould in the bathroom.

Overall: The place is awesome! It’s so insanely close to the beach and all the stuff in the apartment is pretty nice, too. Only thing is that there’s no AC and even with the windows open, there’s not too much air flow, but it never hot unbearably hot—just a bit uncomfortable. All my roommates were super chill so it was a cool way to meet people. The customer service when I was trying to book was pretty terrible, though. I really had to dive deep into the Roomchazer website and advocate for myself to get this place close to the beach even though when I got here, my roommates said my bed had been empty for months, so I’m not sure why Roomchazer didn’t just match me with it right away.
Pros: The location, the price, the appliances were all pretty nice, the roommates were great.
Cons: Better customer service and maybe another fan or two in the apartment.

Overall: I've lived in this apartment for almost a year and a half. It has the essentials for living here, with the main luxury of the location relative to the beach. Be prepared for the summer with it getting hot and no AC available. Maintenance can take some time for issues, but they eventually solve them. The roommates can be hit or miss, but at least it's only for a semester-long lease.
Pros: The location allowed for walking to places in the area fairly easily.
Cons: With the implementation of the parking rule for only three days, there needs to be a way to distinguish residents from nonresidents, like a sticker, and a way to contact the owner. A car barely moved most of the stay, and parking is a massive issue on the weekend.
