Overall: Wasn't a good experience at this location. I couldn't have said it better myself. My roommate Lorna hit it right on spot. The location was good but a few neighbors made it very unpleasant being there. You felt like you was being watched and you felt like you had to walking on eggshells the whole time you were there. The place was quiet but the walls are paper thin. You can hear anything and everything from upstairs to downstairs. Hope the next group have a bad experience. Especially people of color. Don't have anything bad to say about Roomchazer. I would definitely recommend working with them again, but not at that location.

Overall: Chris was a pleasure to work with.
Pros: The first month was the best. The association leaders were racist and started with outrageous complaining after the second African American moved in. Chris defended us and we stopped getting harassed.
Cons: Rent out rooms in more ethnically diverse areas.

Overall: I did not enjoy staying here. The neighbors lied on me and my roommates... saying that we were being loud and disrespectful. We experienced racism and prejudice. We were surveillanced and questioned inappropriately about our race/ethnicity, our jobs and the details of our lease by neighbors. We were told that our living here was making the environment too "urban" by a neighbor. The owner of the building would show up unexpectedly to our apartment to inspect and question us. We all felt very uncomfortable here and our living experience here was all very disappointing.
Pros: That it was 5 minutes away from my job.

Overall: It was so easy to book and move in! The apartment was just as expected and the monthly cleanings were a nice perk. This was a perfect place to stay for the summer!
Pros: I really like the location and the apartment is in great shape!
Cons: I think move in experience and communication throughout the summer were great!

Overall: Nice neighborhood. Right in the middle of a lot of great places to go in San Diego. Only 10-15 minutes from Downtown, Pacific Beach, La Jolla, Del Mar, Torrey Pines, etc. Nice furnishing in the apartment and everything in good condition. Enjoyed my stay here

Overall: The onboarding process was very quick and assistance was given when needed. The place was in very good shape in a good location.

Overall: Not the best neighborhood but It’s in a great location close to the bay, has restaurants and shopping centers nearby. It’s been a smooth stay here.
Pros: I enjoyed having separate bedrooms and a spacious shared living area.
Cons: I think one thing to improve on could be replacing things in the apartment.

Overall: The booking process was easy. The location of the apartment is central. One thing to note about the place is that the walls are thin so any noise will travel within the apartment, from the neighbours, and from outside.

Cons: The communication could be more regular between roommates and the host.

Overall: Excellent experience, managers available for any question, doubt or problem. They have a variety of accommodations to suit your needs. The entire process is simple and quick, no problem finding the place and having all the information about the apartment. Everything as described, and a quiet neighborhood. It is an excellent portal to find an apartment, especially if you are moving from abroad and want to avoid scams. The price is in line with other accommodations in San Diego, which is generally very expensive.
Pros: The position of the apartment respect to the trolley station that allow me to almost move everywhere in San Diego easily. Bedroom was large and well-lit, enough space for everything to store
Cons: I think you should give the option to close the contract early without having to find someone else (of course giving a certain notice period, for example 1 month?). This is because really bothersome roommates could move in, and in the case of long contracts I would be forced to live with them or paid anyway. For example, it is very difficult to live with Oliver (not only because of the AC story). I can only tolerate the situation because I am moving out at the end of the month. Otherwise my overall experience and rate would have been influenced by this. I have had a bad experience living with him.

Overall: I think the overall was great. It made my stay easier.
Pros: I liked where it was located. Public transportation was very close and the amenities were decent.
Cons: We had some problems with the air conditioning and heater which were not fixed rapidly. Also, the pricing is higher than other houses with similar amenities in the area.
