Overall: Roomchazer allowed me to book this apartment without any hassle or problems. Everything went perfectly well thanks to the friendly staff's reactivity in case of any problem. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and literally a few meters from Pacific Beach's nightlife. Also very close to the beach which is very convenient as a surfer. I would book here again if I had to come again.
Pros: Proximity to everything, quiet place, friendly roommates and neighbors.
Cons: Insulation (phonic and thermal) are very poor, especially at the windows in the rooms which could be very much improved. The laundry is not very performant either

Overall: Tawni was always a good help and it was good to know one specific person to get back to on all the questions!
Pros: The location was great!
Cons: When moving in I expected everything to be perfectly clean, especially since there is a cleanup after every stay that also I will be paying for. Yet, I had to clean all the dishes properly because they were not cleaned properly before we moved in.

Overall: Booking, Moving-in and also living here went off very smoothly. Never had big issues. The apartment was as expected and as seen in the pictures. Big enough and still affordable pricing. The location is aswell the best place to be in San Diego. Everything you need to live is near by. Great Neighborhood. Highly recommended!

Cons: Your website is not very easy to find and at the beginning I was not sure if it is fake or not. My roommates felt the same. So maybe you should change the website a little bit.

Overall: The place was not really what I expected. It was the same size as on the pictures, but a lot of small things were very dirty or not good working... At the end, everything was fixed very fast and I loved to live here. The location is the best: shops and the beach are very close. The cleaning women and all the people were always very kind and helped us good if we needed help. Thank you for that!

Overall: I was completely satisfied with Roomchazer. From start to finish, there were never any problems communicating with Roomchazer or the host. For questions and comments, our host was always immediately available to us via Whatsapp and phone. The price-performance ratio was perfect. The location directly in Pacific Beach is ideal. The neighborhood is also very pleasant. There were never any problems here.

Overall: It was easy to get a room with Roomchazer. They are well organised and had a good feedback from previous tenants. The communication was easy, and the apartment is in a good condition for living.
Pros: It is well located to the beach and all those bars. Even though it is quite loud sometimes, it is really worth it to stay here.

Cons: The apartment is a bit dated with the single pane rusted windows, carpet, etc, but for the price you're mostly going for the location in PB, and it's affordable!

Overall: It was super easy to book the room and pay the ongoing bills. Even the one time there was an issue with a bill, it was resolved properly.
Pros: The best thing about the apartment is definitely its location—it’s fantastic! Close to bars and restaurants, and near the beach, all within walking distance. There is good communication between us living in the apartment and RoomChazer. It’s very nice, and they are helpful when challenges arise or when we have questions.
Cons: It's an old apartment, especially the kitchen, which could use some updates. The worst thing about the apartment is the drafty windows that don't close properly. It's not a problem in the summer, but in the winter, when it gets cold, the room becomes extremely cold, and there's no heating in the apartment.

Overall: I think many things are very well done, but other should be improved. For example we sent several messages to fix the fan in september and could not get to that. It was a little bit stressing. Overall we had a really good time in San Diego. Nevertheless some things could be improved.
Pros: San Diego is an awesome city to know!! The appartment is very well located giving quick access to the beach. We have really enjoyed the area where it is located taking into consideration that parking is sometimes difficult.
Cons: Overall the appartment is very old and you may find some issues like for example, that the laundry machine does not work. We also had some problems with the fan during september were temperatures were very high and could not get to use it. The windows are not in a very well condition letting some wind in once it is cold season that starts mid november or so. You may see some things broken such as a window that does not open correctly. Also we left two wetsuits in a chair in the balcony and someone took them from us. The TV

Pros: What I liked most about the apartment is its location, its proximity to the beach and the central streets of Pacific Beach (Grand ave and Garnet ave).
Cons: The apartment is very deteriorated inside, in winter it gets cold through the windows. The bathroom and kitchen are very old. The washing machine in the building was constantly breaking down and parking was often difficult to find.
