Pros: It was very awesome stay here.
Cons: Every thing is good.

Overall: The apartment and the room match the description. However, the street noise is really loud.
Cons: Be more professional regarding contracts, emails, and roommates

Overall: My experience here was good and RoomChazers has helped a lot.
Pros: I loved the location .
Cons: The busy interception was my only issue.

Overall: The furnished apartment made the stay comfortable
Pros: Lived near the trolley for easy transportation

Overall: It’s very nice I just had personal issues back home I had to attend. I would recommend this apt complex to anyone it’s great location and perfect environment
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing

Overall: Everyone at RoomChazer was helpful during my time at Del Rio Apartments. I enjoyed the apartment and my roommates. It was close enough to Mesa College to make an easy commute to school.
Pros: location was good, roommates all got along

Overall: The apartment and all the amenities provided with it are absolutely amazing. My apartment was freshly remodeled before I moved in and I even had a fireplace which was an amazing add-on. Everything looked exactly as presented on the website, very spacious and clean. The cleaning lady once a month is a nice bonus too so you don't have to deal with toilets and the stove grease. The gym and the pool/spa part also looked very appealing, always clean, and felt great to hang out in. Irvine complexes really do hold their standard in terms of the looks (palm trees, lighting, well-kept territory, etc.) The area in which the apartment is located is safe (is gated) and has some places like Starbucks, IKEA, IHOP, and etc right across the road. The only drawback that I've experienced while living here is the loud road with the fire station right by it, although I got used to it quickly. The other is that if you don't have a car there is really no way to entertain yourself in the area, you can however take a trolley which is down the road to take yourself downtown in a matter of 30 minutes.

Overall: Great program! Enjoyed all of it.
Pros: I had some awesome roommates.
Cons: N/A

Overall: The host was very welcoming and made my move in and out very easy.

Overall: Great place and location with amazing roommates. Hard to walk to places, but the trolley is nearby. Host is always available to solve issues if need be and in a timely manner.

Overall: The apartment complex and neighborhood was nice. I had 6 roommates and 5 of them were great. It was difficult to get mail sometimes.
Pros: Met cool friends.
Cons: Fix the mail situation.

Overall: It was good nice people stayed with cool people overall a good experience just ended up finding something way bigger for a fraction of the price closer to SDSU.

Overall: Good
Pros: The safety
Cons: More fair pricing.

Overall: Roomchazer did a great job of making the entire process simple and easy
Pros: It was a nice location for me as a student
Cons: Cleaning services can be improved when we have to pay for them they could be done well and thoroughly

Overall: Nice and spacious living room area and balcony. The room itself is on the smaller side for the price and the street can get a bit noisie in the morning. The appartment complex however is great (gym and pool)
Pros: Easy to manage contract and payments. Good communication with Chris.
Cons: Kitchen equipment is in pretty bad shape: bad toaster, few good pans and utensils, had to buy a kitchen knife, the fume hood probably needs a cleaning/replacement filter and is really greasy (no smell reduction when cooking and danger of setting of the fire alarm)

Overall: It was a great experience, the apartment is comfortable and registration is very easy
Pros: Very calm and comfortable
Cons: …..

Overall: Complex and apartment are very comfortable except noise which comes from street also manager is so kind and helpful.

Overall: The service and communication between roomchazer and me was very good. If there were any problems or questions, I was helped immediately with an answer.
Pros: I liked all the benefits of the gated community with the pool and everything, but also the location with Costco across the street!
Cons: Unfortunately, we had several problems with the electricity and on the day we moved in we were promised that the damage to the carpet would be repaired, which never happened.

Overall: Roomchazer was quick to respond to any issues I had and were always very helpful. And having a pool and gym within the apartment complex was a huge bonus.
Pros: Apartment was great, having the pool and gym was a really nice bonus .
Cons: There were very few issues. However upon moving in there were some items we had to buy that we felt either weren't there or up to standard. For example we had to buy a new ironing board (one provided wasn't large enough) We also had to buy a mirror for the second bedroom. As well as some wine glasses. Apart from that everything was great.

Overall: Roomchazer where quick and responsive to help with my booking and securing accommodation before the start of the semester. The neighbourhood is a safe, well maintained, gated community with excellent amenities (gym, pool, jacuzzi, barbeque). If you don't mind sharing a room with another person, then this is a fantastic place to stay, located only 10min trolley journey from SDSU. P.S The corner part of the sofa is the comfiest place ever.

Overall: I was warmly welcomed by my roommates and the roomchazer team was professional, clear and efficient throughout my stay.
Pros: The apartment was practical and well located near public transport and the university. The pool and fitness center was very nice.
Cons: Everything was perfect. Thanks.

Overall: The flat had all the necessities and the balcony area was nice to relax at. The computer room in the apartment complex is also very useful for students since it has a printer/scanner and is open for most of the day.

Overall: Place was clean. Pool and gym is a big boost. Spacious.
Pros: Pool and gym.
Cons: Replying to messages more promptly. Providing the package codes more promptly.

Overall: The moving I process was as smooth as I could’ve hoped for. Great help from the roomchazer team.
Cons: The host could improve by being more proactive in replying to messages and enquiries. In addition my postural address was linked with the previous tenant so it was difficult locating my packages.

Overall: Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Del Rio. The apartments are very nice and do have great amenities such as the pool and the fitness centre. It is targeted towards a middle class demographic meaning the facilities are well kept and the landscaping is on par. It is also a gated community that is near both food and transportation options. If you have a Costco membership then it is a plus. Personally, I went to Food4Less off the Hazard Center Station as there are great deals there. It is only a couple of stops down on the trolley. This was a plus as I worked in Grantville and wanted to find a place to start my new job. I will say that you should be careful with the homeless as they concentrate towards the trolley station and the Mission Valley Branch Library. Depending on who you run into, it may be an issue. It seems like a community for young couples and families. The RoomChazer team had its positives such as an approval that was not based off credit and a quick timeline for moving in. It fit within my budget and was cheaper than options that I found on Facebook and other housing sites. They also placed me with other men which was a perk too. My advice for future guests is to keep them in the loop as communication can be a bit on the slower side and be sure to emphasise your questions in your messaging. That way it can be addressed. Make sure to keep an eye out for messages during the move-in process as I moved in without a key. Also, be sure to keep an eye on packages as what you order online can seemingly disappear before it gets to you.
Pros: There were many amenities which I did not have at home, and it was a surprisingly well kept living environment. It allowed me to experience not only living on my own while understanding how the other half lives.
Cons: In the future, it would be wise to keep me posted on the messages that I send by sending a quick follow-up. I also would want all my questions to be answered from that message.

Overall: Moving in was easy and very convenient, the apartment was in a great location and had great facilities.
Pros: The facilities and the easy access to public transport

Overall: Overall experience was great. Booking was relatively easy. Communication was good.

Overall: I liked the apartment, it was close to SDSU as well as the trolley station.

Overall: I liked the apartment, it was close to SDSU as well as the trolley station. Last apartment i've been in was nice because we girls had the big room with our private bathroom. For the previous apartment, I unfortunately had to share an apartment with two 18 year old French people who from the first minute started acting as if the apartment belonged to them. The first day i met them i tried to befriend them and be social because from my understanding when you do an exchange year abroad you usually want to make international friends and connections, however they started acting weird and antisocial. Days go by and they would leave the kitchen dirty, food all over the place and especifically the girl had very poor communication skills and would start moving furniture and touching my stuff without asking. They would be sitting in the couch all day and you could barely spend one second in the living room. One time she got so upset because i left one hair on the bathroom floor and decided to pick it up with a piece of paper and leave it on my desk, and with that i could tell she developed a weird obsession over me. After multiple times of me asking her to stop moving my hangers in the closet, she would cry like a little kid in front of me and curse at me, which i found funny honestly. If that was'nt enough, she would continuously open the window when we agreed to close it during spring time because of my allergies, even though we had to talk about this with Chris because of he poor way of communicating. Additionally, she would cook like 4 times a day and fill up the trash can and the blame me for not taking it out when i would barely live in the apartment because most of the time im in my boyfriend's place. Every week she would make up a new problem and i was minding my own business, something she was not able to apparently. That experience was unfortunate and I really hope no one has to experience living with such people. Please make sure that when you travel, you have developed a little bit of maturity and have some decent level of English. Thank you Spain for winning the World cup 2-0 with France in semifinals! <3

Overall: Amazing.
Pros: Clean/good location.
Cons: Screen door on balcony was never fixed.

Overall: Yes, it did make the process easier and more simple. It was presented in a very straightforward way, and everything was furnished.
Pros: I really liked this place, the location was very convenient and it came with important appliances like cooking and cleaning supplies.
Cons: There were a few maintenance issues such as one of the light switches in the room not working and the shower had issues with the temperature in the beginning.
