Overall: RoomChazer made everything really simple and easy. They gave me very helpful instructions and the room and area were as expected.
Pros: It is a nice apartment and nice area. I loved the balcony. Also the setup of the apartment was good.
Cons: There is not much to improve on. Everything is good, no problems.

Overall: Everyone at RoomChazer was helpful during my time at Del Rio Apartments. I enjoyed the apartment and my roommates. It was close enough to Mesa College to make an easy commute to school.

Overall: The apartment and all the amenities provided with it are absolutely amazing. My apartment was freshly remodeled before I moved in and I even had a fireplace which was an amazing add-on. Everything looked exactly as presented on the website, very spacious and clean. The cleaning lady once a month is a nice bonus too so you don't have to deal with toilets and the stove grease. The gym and the pool/spa part also looked very appealing, always clean, and felt great to hang out in. Irvine complexes really do hold their standard in terms of the looks (palm trees, lighting, well-kept territory, etc.) The area in which the apartment is located is safe (is gated) and has some places like Starbucks, IKEA, IHOP, and etc right across the road. The only drawback that I've experienced while living here is the loud road with the fire station right by it, although I got used to it quickly. The other is that if you don't have a car there is really no way to entertain yourself in the area, you can however take a trolley which is down the road to take yourself downtown in a matter of 30 minutes.

Overall: Nice and spacious living room area and balcony. The room itself is on the smaller side for the price and the street can get a bit noisie in the morning. The appartment complex however is great (gym and pool)
Pros: Easy to manage contract and payments. Good communication with Chris.
Cons: Kitchen equipment is in pretty bad shape: bad toaster, few good pans and utensils, had to buy a kitchen knife, the fume hood probably needs a cleaning/replacement filter and is really greasy (no smell reduction when cooking and danger of setting of the fire alarm)

Overall: The service and communication between roomchazer and me was very good. If there were any problems or questions, I was helped immediately with an answer.
Pros: I liked all the benefits of the gated community with the pool and everything, but also the location with Costco across the street!
Cons: Unfortunately, we had several problems with the electricity and on the day we moved in we were promised that the damage to the carpet would be repaired, which never happened.

Overall: Roomchazer was quick to respond to any issues I had and were always very helpful. And having a pool and gym within the apartment complex was a huge bonus.
Pros: Apartment was great, having the pool and gym was a really nice bonus .
Cons: There were very few issues. However upon moving in there were some items we had to buy that we felt either weren't there or up to standard. For example we had to buy a new ironing board (one provided wasn't large enough) We also had to buy a mirror for the second bedroom. As well as some wine glasses. Apart from that everything was great.

Overall: Roomchazer where quick and responsive to help with my booking and securing accommodation before the start of the semester. The neighbourhood is a safe, well maintained, gated community with excellent amenities (gym, pool, jacuzzi, barbeque). If you don't mind sharing a room with another person, then this is a fantastic place to stay, located only 10min trolley journey from SDSU. P.S The corner part of the sofa is the comfiest place ever.

Cons: The host could improve by being more proactive in replying to messages and enquiries. In addition my postural address was linked with the previous tenant so it was difficult locating my packages.

Overall: Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Del Rio. The apartments are very nice and do have great amenities such as the pool and the fitness centre. It is targeted towards a middle class demographic meaning the facilities are well kept and the landscaping is on par. It is also a gated community that is near both food and transportation options. If you have a Costco membership then it is a plus. Personally, I went to Food4Less off the Hazard Center Station as there are great deals there. It is only a couple of stops down on the trolley. This was a plus as I worked in Grantville and wanted to find a place to start my new job. I will say that you should be careful with the homeless as they concentrate towards the trolley station and the Mission Valley Branch Library. Depending on who you run into, it may be an issue. It seems like a community for young couples and families. The RoomChazer team had its positives such as an approval that was not based off credit and a quick timeline for moving in. It fit within my budget and was cheaper than options that I found on Facebook and other housing sites. They also placed me with other men which was a perk too. My advice for future guests is to keep them in the loop as communication can be a bit on the slower side and be sure to emphasise your questions in your messaging. That way it can be addressed. Make sure to keep an eye out for messages during the move-in process as I moved in without a key. Also, be sure to keep an eye on packages as what you order online can seemingly disappear before it gets to you.
Pros: There were many amenities which I did not have at home, and it was a surprisingly well kept living environment. It allowed me to experience not only living on my own while understanding how the other half lives.
Cons: In the future, it would be wise to keep me posted on the messages that I send by sending a quick follow-up. I also would want all my questions to be answered from that message.
