Overall: The neighborhood is quiet, the place is very nice. Everything was easy and there were no surprises. Enjoyed my stay very much!
Pros: It was peaceful, the room was spacious, and everything was easy because it was furnished.
Cons: I can't think of a way.

Overall: RoomChazer's booking and moving-in process was overall smooth and well. The place was as expected. The neighborhood is very friendly, only problem is that street parking can be tough at times. You also have to pay in order to do laundry. Other than that it's an alright place.
Pros: It's a decent place that is somewhat close to campus. The monthly cleaning is very nice as well.
Cons: No comment.

Overall: It was a nice and easy experience.
Pros: The convenience of the furnished house
Cons: The fan was broken and the room was kind of dirty when I first arrived, but it was alright.

Overall: Appreciated that we were able to use RoomChazer to find a place quickly. My rooms I rented were a good fit for me, great locations, and I had good roommates.
Pros: Great locations. Good roommates for the most part.
Cons: The communication was a little confusing when one lease was ending, which resulted in getting a more expensive place then we wanted. The lease dates were strange and didn't align with the school semesters. Would be great to at least ask when the student needs the place until rather than a set date. Some of the features, like the laundry facilities, were not working for some time.

Overall: Very easy to book and very convenient for students like me.
Pros: Great location, only s fee minutes away from Mesa College.
Cons: The parking was rough at times. A driveway could be added to the unused space on the side of the house.

Overall: It was very easy took book the room and the transition to move in was very efficient. Also the landlord/room assigner was very polite and was quick in being responsive.
Pros: The area was very nice and quiet.
Cons: The room that I was given had some stains on the walls and ceilings.

Overall: The price is competitive and the location is fair. Bus stops (routes 41, 44, 120) near by (around 10m away on foot) and many markets, churches, pharmacies, and so on are also close to the house. UCSD is around 1h away by bus. The house is comfortable and the kitchen has all the basics we need (microwave, refrigerator, stove, and so on). The price of the room with private bathroom is affordable, so it is definitely worth it. There is also a very cheap (1.5 dollars each - only quarters accepted) washing and drying machines available, which makes things a lot easier! The neighborhood is quiet, in general. Unfortunately, there are some homelesses in the neighborhood, but it's ok. There were some constructions, too, but it is also fine. The house itself is a little old (a few stains on the walls and ceilings), so extra care is needed when manipulating certain things, but it is also ok. There were a few months without the nice monthly cleaning RoomChazer provides, which I didnt't understand, but it was rare. Even though the kitchen has many cabinets, it is sometimes challenging to share it with other three people, but with common sense, it is possible to live without much trouble. Overall, my experience was good! The housing advisors, specifically Chris and, especially, Rachel (so nice) are very helpful and efficient! The handyman is awesome! It was very easy to book! Good luck with your roommates!
Pros: Price and reliable, which is particularly important if you are a foreigner and are afraid of scams.
Cons: Hygiene, which depends on many factors.
