Overall: The place isn't bad, its big enough and entirely functional for a short term stay. I wouldn't recommend stying here without a car but it is doable, only a five minute walk from the nearest bus station and if you pay attention to the bus schedule you can get around SD without too much trouble. The neighborhood isn't great and isn't bad, there's a good Asian grocery store and a few decent spots to eat within walking distance.

Overall: The room was great very spacious and bright. Chris who helped me with the process was amazing very efficient.
Pros: The room was spacious and and bright. It was such a quick and easy process to get the room
Cons: I was extremely disappointed with one housemate. It was not the type of housemate I was looking for. They were all male and a lot older than me.

Overall: RoomChazer made finding an affordable place in San Diego easy. I got information and responses quickly. My host/advisor was kind and helpful with suggestions about transportation and locations. I am grateful that my first experience finding a place in this city was with them.
Pros: I loved the affordability.
Cons: Everything on the host end really was good. I don't know how anyone can know if someone is going to be an abusive room mate until they move in with them. Thank you for being so kind and helpful during this difficult situation.

Overall: Really beautiful view. Right on top of a hill in the middle of San Diego, you can see the whole city, all the mountains, and the ocean from the balcony view. Really great to wake up to every morning watching the sunrise over the mountains, and relaxing to see the ocean at the end of the day. Quiet safe neighborhood, common living room was spacious and clean, plenty of room to cook in the kitchen. Roommates are friendly. Roomchazer was understanding for a lot of concerns though I had to very clearly communicate. Also Tecolote canyon is the most beautiful heavenly quiet desert sanctuary right around the corner. Definitely recommend walking or biking through the neighborhood to Tecolote Canyon every sunrise and sunset. That location being so close triples the value of this apartment for sure.

Overall: This place isn’t in the best area, but its location is very convenient and right down the street from several food spots, stores, etc.
Pros: Honestly speaking there wasn’t anything I loved about this place, but I did enjoy having a driveway to park in.
Cons: I think this company could improve by having quicker and better communication. I think the cleanliness could also we taken cared of better. And I think that the pairing of the roommates could be better. I think maybe roomchazer should keep the guys and girl’s separate in living spaces to prevent any potential problems.

Overall: The room was very nice, and not far from UCSD. There are many small restaurants, a supermarket, etc ... at 5min walk. The renting process went super smoothly and my host (Rachel) really helped me a lot during all the steps.
Pros: The place is very calm, and well located.

Overall: The booking went okay, I just didnt like that I had the feeling that the owner didnt want me to see the appartment before paying. In the end it worked out but I think that such a request should never be denied because it requires a lot of trust to pay huge amounts of money to a website you dont know if its not a scam for an appartment you have never seen before. At least a live virtual tour would be really nice.
Pros: It was spacious and cheap for San Diego. I had everything I needed here.
