Overall: Roomchazer took a while to finally get me in my room but once I got here it was great. Mostly good roommates, a great area and awesome apartment complex.
Pros: I liked the location.
Cons: By having a better relationship with the apartment company so that doesn't affect our stay.

Overall: It is a great neighborhood. Roomchazer and the advisors there helped a lot with the whole process.
Pros: The Pool and Gym.
Cons: Leave Gym open 24/7. Provide pre Video calls with the roommates before moving in, for a shorts get to know.

Overall: Finding a place during the summer before college was really stressful overall but Roomchazer made booking and moving in to my place really easy. Everything is on the app and monthly payments were very easy to manage with consistent reminders. The place was as expected but I was actually surprised by the size of the living room.
Pros: The kitchen space was really convenient for my lifestyle. I mostly cook at home so it was a relief to have an actual kitchen.
Cons: I understand that this was because of covid but the cleanliness of the house got to a place that was unpleasant which also had a little to do with lack of cleaning by the people I was living with. I don't think there was anything that the host needed to improve on, there was just slight issues with roommate matchups(nothing major).

Overall: The place was really nice, the only thing is that it said online that there was going to be an AC, but the apartment didn't have it unfortunately. Besides that, I loved the place and the location. The pool area is so fun to lay at and I love the fire-pit.

Overall: Booking was very easy and much less stressful than other methods of finding housing. The apartment complex was very nice, although the apartment was advertised as having A/C when there wasn't any. Kitchen was also pretty unequipped which was inconvenient for an intern without many possessions. Overall it was a very smooth and easy experience, however.

Overall: At first, I was hesitant to try out Roomchazer because I was not allowed to view the property before signing the contract. They provided pictures and some details of the room. Moving in was a good experience and my stay was fine.

Overall: Rachel and Roomchazer were very accommodating throughout the booking process. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. This apartment was in a residential area with a 4 minute walk to the bus stop. I really enjoyed my stay and overall experience with this company.

Cons: Small miscommunication about cleaners but overall very positive experience with no complaints

Overall: RoomChazer made it quick and easy to book and moving in was extremely efficient and adequate. The place was exactly as expected and during our stay if there was ever any problems our host was able to accommodate and assist us.
Pros: I loved the amenities that the accommodation had and it was an extremely safe and secure area. It was also the perfect location as it was close to pacific beach and my place of work in mission beach.
Cons: I don’t think there is anything that the host needs to improve on. I throughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend anyone to stay here

Overall: Roomchazer and my host made checking in really easy. Every thing was explained clearly as to how to check in and where to pick up keys etc. prior to booking my host was so helpful, I could text/ring her for questions that I had. I was able to have a FaceTime call with her before booking which made the process a lot easier. The room itself was as expected, very spacious and clean. The neighbourhood is safe and I never had any problems feeling uncomfortable walking on my own!
Pros: The facilities are really good - I didn’t have to go somewhere else to do washing, go to the pool, gym etc. All the residents are lovely and so friendly.
Cons: She was very good and made the experience so muchness’s easier !!

Overall: They were helpful, but the maintenance request took long to reach the apartement complex I am living at. Even until now not everything has been fixed that was broken since I first arrived at the apartement. For the amount of rent I am paying I found that unpleaseant.
Pros: How close it is to the beach and the big living room.
Cons: Provide morge hangers, kitchen utensils and a drying rag.

Overall: RoomChazer has proved itself as a very useful page to help students fins affordable housing in San Diego. The place looked as showed the pictures and my stay here has been very comfortable. The location is good at the entrance of Pacific Beach, the only drawback being that there are not any commerces nearby and guests are very dependent on a car to move around.
Pros: The community is great and the common areas are superb, the room I stayed in is big and comfortable to share with someone.
Cons: Some of the things in the apartment did not go very well, and although maintenance was always included there were some things that took too long to get fixed.

Overall: All in all I was very happy to stay with RoomChazer. Everything worked out pretty well and Rachel was also very helpful with questions. It was well organized and things did work out well. The apartment itself is not huge but has everything you need. The pool and jacuzzi were a big plus for this location.
Pros: I loved the location and the apartment building. Everything was close by and you had everything you need inside the building as well.
Cons: The apartment can get very cold so we have to rely on the heating, which we first did not figure out how to turn on. Maybe you could provide some extra information about how to use the heater and its monthly costs etc.

Overall: Chris and Rachel are amazing, they helped me with everything during my stay though I think the communication can improve since they were occasions when my roommates and I had to wait for a response for a whole day. Besides that everything else was amazing.
Pros: The location was great, close to the trolley station and bus stop, the amenities such as the pool and the gym were amazing too!
Cons: It would be nice to have the gym open 24 hours.
