Overall: Booking the room was very easy. As a foreign student, moving in was very simple, smooth and with good directions. I found the RoomChazer teams very understanding and helpful of some of the difficulties I encountered after settling in.
Pros: The location offers great facilities. Having a gym, a swimming pool, a sports field and a market is pretty good. Also, Being in the center of town gives good access to shops and activities. Furthermore Balboa park is just a few minutes' walk away, which I really appreciated.
Cons: Downtown has its good points, but it's also very noisy. The apartment is poorly insulated. So you can hear everything: sirens, planes landing, cars, etc. It can be difficult to find someil. It's also to be expected that the description of the roommates won't always match reality, but that's part of the game (in my case, regarding cleanliness, drug and cannabis consumption).

Overall: I would say so, everything was set up nicely along with communication with you went well.
Pros: I loved how close I was to everything, from school to being in downtown along with the trolly. Not to mention the fact that you were about 15 minutes from SDSU and 20 minutes from UCSD.
Cons: I think the only thing that could have been better was the communication when the cleaners would come, a 2-5 day notice would better. Sometimes I wold feel bad because I did not get to the cleaning and the cleaners wold walk in into a messy house and other times it was the opposite I would clean the whole common area up just to get an email that day or the next the cleaners would be coming by.

Overall: The Roomchazer staff were very friendly and accommodating!
Pros: Nice amenities!
Cons: It's just really far from a lot of places and sometimes the electronic keypad wouldn't work.
