Overall: I had a great neighbourhood around linda vista. Close to everything that I need. My room is spacious and the house is great.

Overall: Roomchazer was really truth and supportive in all ways. Room was as expected. Rachel was nice and answering when needed. The area was nice as well and have a lot of students.
Pros: It's as expected and as the videos, I only had an issue that the key wasn't available on the time estimate.
Cons: Only needs like a cleaning every two weeks for the living room and the floors. This would be nice from Roomchazer

Overall: Everything with roomchazer was good at last. There was a little bit of a problem as I had to urgently move out, but still, they helped me to do my move-out process and gave everything in the way I wanted the best part was my housing advisor, Rachel, was awesome so whole stay with roomchazer was good I will come back soon.
Pros: The location and the neighborhood
Cons: There is nothing to improve in her. She is awesome, and she is thereafter her off time as well she was always there to help me so thank you, Rachel, for helping me a lot

Overall: As an international student without prior booking experience I appreciated that the entire process of booking the room was very easy-going, as well as the monthly payments method.
Pros: This was a very quiet place and the roomates that I had were very respectful and clean.
Cons: I guess the fire alarm needs to be fixed because it started to sound two or three times at night. Those all were false alarms.

Overall: The booking process was pretty easy and fast. The housing advisors were pretty helpful. The place also has a lot of little things that needs to be repaired but never got taken care off. But overall it is not bad.
Pros: It is in a very convenient area.
Cons: The parking spot was pretty much unusable for most of my stay because of the construction next door.

Overall: The team is very helpful for booking and the forms are very straightforwards. But I believe the cleaning of the individual rooms can be worked on. They do their best with the resources they have. (I would have appreciated more than just a 10 dollar credit which I decided to ignore. (Feel free to take this last part out of the review :) )) Overall RoomChazer is a dynamic team that does their best to accommodate everyone in a safe way.
Pros: The location was great is it not far from transportation. There a couple amenities by walk, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. Very close to the freeway so easy to go anywhere in San Diego when you have a car. The price was very good compared to most listings this is one of the few low budget housing options in San Diego.
Cons: The cleanliness of the place could have been much better but I do believe that unfortunately it is not room chaser's responsibility as it can depend on the previous roommates in place. In the end the room we moved in too was not clean at all in fact it was the worst I've seen but I guess no one wanted to clean after that previous roommate so I had to do it myself.

Overall: RoomChazer does make housing easier for college students, at the expense of being very distant.
Pros: The location was nice due to it being within 10 minutes, when driving, of University of San Diego.
Cons: The neighbors in the neighboring townhouses & the lack of interference from RoomChazer. The neighbors ranged from mediocre to awful. None of them bring out the trash cans on trash day, only sometimes bringing the cans back up. The worst neighbor verbally assaults me & my roommates weekly, with one of my roommates being so frightened by him that he bought a security camera, called the police, and contacted RoomChazer about him. RoomChazer did nothing about him. Along with this, RoomChazer isn't proactive with fixes to the unit. It was only after over a month of a broken toilet seat and 6+ months of a broken garbage disposal that we got a replacement for the former and fixed the latter.

Cons: One of the neighbors connected to the building, who isn't with roomchazer, made the place significantly worse.

Pros: Location was close to work which allowed me to take the bus. Had basic amenities for living.
Cons: Addressing pressing concerns about the living situation. The priority was more on issues that were more surface-level. For this rental, be very careful about noise if the same neighbor is there.

Pros: The proximity to USD. Very convenient if you are a student. Also a very central place to live. Between 2 major freeways with easy access (163 and 5 fwy). The home is clean with wood floors with parking.

Overall: I felt like RoomChazer was a weird experience and the roommates are not really good for college living. I would recommend just renting directly from somebody if you can. You may live with someone who’s much older and weird.
Pros: The kitchen is nice.
Cons: Could use more cleaning. Once every two weeks would actually be helpful. Once every month is not often enough to really have any benefit. Little stuff falling apart you guys will see when you come check it out. The couch is also uncomfortable and gross same with all the beds. Could really use a replacing even with just other used stuff.
