Overall: Nice roommates and view, in a good area but the building is awful. Fire alarms go off very often, you can hear rats in the walls. Rachel is very nice. It took over a month to fix the bathroom sink and tub the water would not go down and it was not usable. The kitchen sink also struggled to go down and never got fixed the time i was there. Contract was for a year and I only stayed 3 months the place is way to expensive for the conditions. They were really understanding of me having to move out and helped me with that process.

Overall: Wonderful stay ..
Pros: The amenities are great, and I like the fact that there is little market on the first floor which is very convenient for an unexpected need.
Cons: Shouldn’t put boys and girls in the same unit.Some boys are very messy and it’s bother the others .

Overall: My Housing Advisor was perfect, she was very kind and helpful to me.
Pros: I like the most the location because it's not to far from public transport and near to Balboa Park.
Cons: The location could have been better too, because it's near to two busy road and it can be very loud sometimes because of the cars.

Overall: My experience with RoomChazer was amazing! They really made the housing search process easy and stress-free, which is a huge plus for students. I highly recommend it!
Pros: What I liked the most was the incredible location right in the heart of downtown, which is perfect for living as a student. Everything is close by, making daily life super convenient.
Cons: Honestly, everything was perfect! There's nothing I would change.

Overall: RommChazer was understanding about my problems in the apartment, but I was still disappointed with the apartment because it was expensive and very dirty.
Pros: The apartment is well located, close to public transport. The swimming pool and gym are a plus.
Cons: The cleaning and general hygiene of the apartment. There were cockroaches and dust in the bathroom and the kitchen was in a terrible state. I found myself with roommates whose definition of hygiene was very different from my own. The apartment is poorly furnished and the beds are basic. Also, the apartment is very noisy as the road is right underneath.
