I currently live in La Jolla, but owner of the current place is deciding to move in after my lease ends on 4/30/25, meaning I will have to find a new place starting 5/1/25. I’m a student athlete for Mesa and I’m out of the house most of the time from training/some classes, I sleep from 10-6 the majority of the time, I do sometimes enjoy going out but the majority of my time I stay locked in to my regiment especially during the season. I’m sober, and I make sure things are taken care of and I clean up after myself. I use the kitchen frequently, which I also wash my dishes frequently by extension. You can also rely on me to take care of the garbage or wiping down the counters.
