I am Luca an Italian graduate student (23 yrs, m, University of Pisa) with a contract as a visiting student at UCSD for the fall quarter. I will be going down to San Diego with a fellow university student, Gabriele (24yrs), in the exact same situation as me and we would need a good accommodation for both of us.
We are looking for a room between mid-October and the end of December with WiFi and cooking facilities; we have no problem sleeping in a single double bed, and with not being in immediate proximity to the campus. Our ideal budget should be between $1000 and $1550.
We are both neat, sociable, very adaptable, and decent cooks.
